Narrative: Located at 28 North Street (Wesley College Annex I), this building is pre-1885 and a three story, five bay frame dwelling. Other features include a mansard roof with concave sides, a Graham table with concave sides and pierced bargeboard, a double bracketted cornice, 2/2 double-hung sashes, moulded lintels, two one story bay windows on the facade, a central double-door entrance, a stained glass transom, an L-shaped facade veranda, paired Doric columns on wooden piers, turned balusters, and a dentil porch cornice.
