Narrative:
Inspired by one of our alumni, who endeavored to create an unforgettable first impression of Upper Iowa University, the new campus landscape master plan and building renovation master plan have transformed the campus. The campus now has a sense of purpose, with specific areas designated for future expansion to serve the needs of the university.

According to the Des Moines Register, "it is one of the most beautiful campuses across Iowa." It has gone from one of the ugliest to the best in the state of Iowa!
