Narrative:
The Stotts Administration Center building was formerly occupied by St. Joseph's Preparatory Seminary (Diocese of Charleston/ Wheeling), which closed in the late 1980s. It was purchased by Ohio Valley College in 1993 to create a combined 300 acre campus. It now houses most of the administrative and academic functions of the college.
