Narrative:
The building is a technology and executive learning center. The first floor houses the information technology program, the second floor contains conference rooms, and the third floor has hotel-style guest rooms. There is also has a formal dining room and an auditorium for more than 250 people.

It is the most technologically advanced conference center in Wisconsin. Designed as a residential learning facility, the Stayer Center provides a distraction-free, highly productive learning environment for conferences, meetings, and training seminars.
